Fees as of June 1, 2016:

House sitting, Pet care: $20 per visit, $25 on weekends and holidays
Pet transportation: $15 one way within 5 miles
Errands, research, cleaning $45 per hour
Project Management and Coordination $50 per hour
Staging $45 per hour
Packing and unpacking $50 per hour
Organizing $55 per hour
Transportation of items: 50 cents/mile over 5 miles + time charge
Full size pick up: $1/mile + time charge
We charge our normal hourly rate for travel time outside the 5 mile radius

3rd party expenses not included in fees and surcharges by 10%
Gift certificates available on request
Cash, checks, PayPal and Credit Cards welcome.

  • Pick up/drop off dry cleaning, prescriptions and other items, but not people
  • Property Preparation-Declutter, clean and stage for sale
  • Project Management
  • Property Management
  • Water indoor and outdoor plants
  • Drop off/pick up and deliver important documents
  • Pick up that great Craig’s list find
  • Take items to the transfer station
  • Grocery shopping
  • Put the groceries away in your cabinets/fridge/freezer
  • Gift shopping
  • Get everything on your Christmas/Hanukkah list and wrap it
  • Do an errand-run to all those places that don’t deliver
  • Party/function set up and break down
  • Help find, and screen seasonal and long term tenants for apartments/seasonal home
  • Moving assistance, coordinating, packing and unpacking
  • Organize the garage, closets, attic, basement or kitchen cabinets
  • Change that really hard to reach light bulb, etc
